PADC – Chairman’s Statement
The PADC was established with the primary objective of providing a platform for dancers to express their views and opinions concerning various aspects of ProAm dancing in the UK. As an autonomous organization, we are not affiliated with any other dance entity or group.
Our community prides itself on being independent, where dancers can freely and openly share their thoughts and ideas aimed at improving the overall dancing experience for everyone.
The PADC comprises of dedicated committees representing students, teachers, and organizers, all of whom play a significant role in shaping our dance events. With this structure in place, we can ensure that all those involved have an equal opportunity to voice their concerns and suggestions, with actionable changes implemented accordingly.
Our primary goal is to foster greater collaboration and dialogue among all three groups, ultimately promoting mutual respect and a shared vision for enhancing the overall dance experience.
